This is a fun project guaranteed to keep kids busy!
Supplies needed:
paper towel or toilet paper tube
art supplies
rubber band
wax paper
Directions: give child the tube and allow them to decorate - color, paint, markers, stickers, streamers, ribbon, etc. When done decorating, secure a small piece of wax paper over the end of the tube with the rubber band.
With younger children, you may have to teach them how to hum to make noise - with my 16 month old, we leave the wax paper off and she just likes to talk through it!
