Want a quick AND easy casserole for tonight (or anytime?)
Boil up 16 oz of pasta (or 2-3 ramen noodle packages)
Add 2 bullion cubes (or seasoning) while boiling.
When almost done, turn off heat and add a can (or half of a bag of frozen) 2 different veggies.
Heat through until warm and drain.
**Can also add your choice of meat - or tuna - or chicken!
To round off the meal, serve with fruit and a side salad.
