Ranch Dressing Mix

With just these ingredients (plus a few not pictured) you can make your own ranch dressing mix too!

There are many varieties out there - here is my recipe:

  • 1/2 c. Dry Milk powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp dried Onion Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
Mix above ingredients in blender until well blended. Store in air tight container. For dressing: use 1 1/2 tbsp mix to 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup mayo. Mix well and store in refrigerator. 3 tbsp = 1 packet.

Here are the results: mine is on the right, the commercial brand is on the left. The only difference: mine tastes and smells better (tastes less salty!).

  5. I'm so excited that I came to your post from Tasty Tuesday!!! I'm definitely going to try this ranch dressing! I haven't had any dressings besides oil based in a very long time because of what ingredients the store bought varieties have. This is seriously exciting :)
