Another of my favorite kitchen tools - this meat tenderizer is AWESOME!!
Almost any piece of meat that you use this with will be MUCH more tender and oh-so flavorful! I like to sprinkle seasoning on and then tenderize, so as I am tenderizing, the seasoning is being pushed right into the meat - this works great on even the cheapest cuts of meat!
