Keeping a Cool Kitchen
We have many household favorites: chicken, ka-bobs, any veggies, potatoes and onions (with butter and garlic), hot dogs, brats...etc.
Keeping the cooking outside keeps the heat outside also!
To help combat flare-ups - keep a squeeze bottle (or glass) of water handy- for spot-flare-ups only!
Learn to cook on indirect heat - this is especially important with fattier meats or marinades.
Keep kiddos away and practice safety first!!
