We love entertaining at our house! This past weekend we made an extremely easy, flexible, kid-approved breakfast casserole. I assembled it the night before and just put in the oven in the morning. It was a snap!
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns
- 1 pound sliced bacon*, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- paprika - sprinkle on top
- Additions: peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc
